I developed a passion for food safety during my 16 years a health inspector. It was during this time that I found a special need for the small owner operator. I am very flexible with my times and types of courses and am able to adapt to your needs. I have also tried to keep the cost low. In addition to food safety training I offer other services that will help you to operate a sfe and profitable business.

I work in the Greater Tampa, Fl area which includes Hillsbourgh, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties.
